is that the finish line?
I have 2.5 miles to walk, 5 miles to bike, and 115 calories to burn on the elliptical and I will be DONE with my cardio triathlon.
Done …
Seriously, I wasn’t going to do this because I couldn’t imagine finishing this. Now to finish it in three weeks is astounding to me! I will finish tomorrow night after work. As much as I’d like to finish it today, I think the 2.5 is a little more than I can handle combined with the other stuff.
Now I have to think of a new challenge for June that involves weight lifting. I don’t know if they are aware what they sparked in me, but I like challenging myself and I’d forgotten how rewarding it was to discover my own strength!
Any ideas for June? Anyone want to join me?
